Need a good person, eager, kind, wants to work, can stick-to-it, not greedy, honest, and hopefully somewhat experienced in Dim-sum making. This is first making the filling, and then wrapping Oriental treats in dough skins. Work with only the owner/chef, a good and established businesswoman in the Augusta outlying area.
