Looking For a Down to earth easy going roommate,that likes to have the windows open all the time on nice days! and dosen't mind listening to good music! Plenty of room for a roomate that has alot to bring,such as furniture and etc..This Apartment is located in Downtown Portland Maine, on the corner of Grant St. and Deering Ave. Comfortable and decent sized bedroom easy to manage , Im looking for a roommate that is able to come up with the initial entry fee for first and last months rent; and security deposit. Can pay half the monthly rent of their share which is $387.50. The appartment is just minutes walking distance from downtown Portland and the old Port area. And, also features on sight off street parking year round and free trash removal , and heat and hot water is also included, it is a quiet apartment with hours of Sunlight, with hardwood floors.
